[Château La Croix des Pins] Ventoux La Noria Rouge 2016

50% Grenache Noir, 40% Syrah, 10% Mourvèdre

La Noria exhibits a bright ruby color with dark purple highlights. Smooth and incredibly structured, this wine commences with vanilla and toasted aromas which evolve to nuances of caramel and coffee. The polished palate is clean with a beautiful freshness and soft round tannins, evoking notes of black fruit. This wine is drinking brilliantly now but can also be cellared for an additional seven years if desired.
