[Château La Croix des Pins] Les Trois Village Ventoux Rosé 2018

30% Grenache Noir, 30% Vermentino, 20% Marselan, 10% Syrah, 10% Cinsault

This is a delicate and charming rosé that offers fruity aromatics of redcurrant and cranberry with a hint to white mint which entices further reflection. The palate is fresh with notes of yellow peach and mandarin that linger on the finish. A brilliant pairing for aperitifs but also substantial enough for the main course. This rosé is drinking beautifully now and can be cellared for an additional three years if desired.
