[Château La Croix des Pins] Les Trois Village Ventoux Blanc 2018

25% Marsanne, 25% Roussanne, 25% Vermentino, 25% Grenache Blanc

Each varietal contributes a unique profile to the Les Trois Village Ventoux Blanc. Grenache Blanc brings sweet, aromatic white peach notes while the Roussanne provides the final product with a finesse and aromatic diversity abundant in pear and mango. The Vermentino and Marsanne conjure visions of summer, imparting a light freshness with green lemon, white mint, kumquat and lychee notes. This blanc is drinking beautifully now but can also be cellared for an additional five years if desired.
